Your barbecue is getting too dry, but you want to cook a little more? No problem. The next tip will help you.
What does it mean that the barbecue is getting dry? It lacks humidity, i.e. water. How you can supply water to the sizzling meat of you barbecue? That’s correct – you should pour some water on it. However if you just pour a glass of water you risk to extinguish the embers. It is much more convenient to have something with which to conveniently pour a measured amount of water.
The solution comes naturally. Plastic bottles are very common thing to have were a party takes place. They are usually considered as garbage, but you can reuse at least one of them. So you take a little empty plastic bottle of Coke from some other drink, make a hole on its tap, and fill it with water. The bottle looks like this:

If you like you BBQ to have a beer flavor, you can use beer instead of water. It does not take much of the precious liquid to moisturize the barbecue.
But this is not all you can do with the bottle. There is an additional function of the bottle. You can extinguish local fires which from time to time come out of the embers.
